Cravath Partners Speak at Institute on Mergers & Acquisitions

On September 20 and 21, three Cravath partners participated in the “9th Annual Institute on Corporate, Securities & Related Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions,” a conference co-presented by Penn State Dickinson School of Law and the New York City Bar Association. On the first day, partner Faiza J. Saeed spoke on a panel entitled “Deal Lawyers’ Guide to Major Issues in Drafting Public Company Acquisition Agreements” and partner Richard Hall spoke on a panel entitled “SEC Developments Regarding M&A Including Perspectives on Activist Shareholders.” On the second day, partner Michael L. Schler spoke on a panel entitled “Private Company Acquisition: A Mock Negotiation, Including Perspectives on Investment Banking, Tax, Financing & European Issues.”
