Cravath Publishes Finance and Capital Markets Newsletter for Q3 2021

In October 2021, Cravath published the inaugural edition of its Finance and Capital Markets Newsletter, which examines the Q3 2021 finance and capital markets landscape. The Newsletter, subsequent editions of which will be published quarterly, shares trends in market activity, highlights notable litigation in the finance space and notes key regulatory developments over the period. The Newsletter provides an update on the bond, equity and loan markets and also examines notable decisions impacting NYSE direct listings and Section 11 standing and developments relating to the replacement of the London interbank offered rate as a benchmark rate.
