Cravath Receives M&A Transaction of the Year – Americas Award

Cravath received the 2011 Global Competition Review (GCR) “M&A Transaction of the Year – Americas” award for its antitrust, regulatory clearance and advisory work on behalf of client United Airlines in its merger with Continental Airlines. The winners were decided by members of the competition law community through an online vote held over three months.
