Cravath’s Pro Bono Amicus Brief Supporting Hearing Impaired NYPD Officers Noted in The New York Times

Following a landmark settlement over the use of hearing aids by New York City police officers, The New York Times published an article on the case entitled “Cops With Hearing Aids?” Cravath partner Darin P. McAtee and associate Josef T. Ansorge filed an amicus brief in the case on behalf of the Hearing Loss Association of America, Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, Veterans United for Truth and AARP.
