Crown Castle’s $1 Billion Registered Common Stock Offering

November 07, 2016

Cravath represented Crown Castle International Corp. in connection with its US$1 billion registered offering of common stock, from which proceeds will be used to finance the company’s pending acquisition of FPL FiberNet Holdings, LLC. The transaction closed on November 7, 2016.

The Cravath team included partner Stephen L. Burns and associates Benjamin S. Persina and Erim E. Tuc. Zachary J. Savrick also worked on this matter.
