Crown Castle’s Registered Common Stock Offering and Registered Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented Crown Castle International Corp. in connection with its US$448 million registered common stock offering and its US$350 million registered senior debt offering. Crown Castle International Corp. is an owner, operator and lessor of shared wireless infrastructure. Proceeds of the offerings will be partially used to fund the acquisition of Wilcon Holdings, LLC by Crown Castle. The transactions closed on May 1, 2017.
The Cravath team included partner Stephen L. Burns and associates Benjamin S. Persina, Erim E. Tuc, Eliza S. Marshall and Zachary J. Savrick.
