Crown Castle Towers LLC’s $1 Billion Senior Secured Notes Offering

Cravath represented Crown Castle Towers LLC and certain of its subsidiaries in connection with its US$1 billion 144A/Reg. S debt offering of secured notes, secured by revenues derived from its wireless communication towers. Crown Castle Towers LLC is a subsidiary of Crown Castle International Corp., a leading independent owner and operator of shared wireless infrastructures, including extensive networks of towers. The transaction closed on May 15, 2015.
