Crown Paper Group’s Senior Secured Term Loan Facility and Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented Crown Paper Group Inc., a portfolio company of New York City-based private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg, in connection with a $155 million senior secured term loan facility and a $25 million senior secured revolving credit facility. The facilities will be used for a dividend recapitalization, to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on April 3, 2018.
