CS&L’s Registered Secondary Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup, in connection with the US$439 million registered secondary common stock offering of Communications Sales & Leasing, Inc., an internally managed REIT engaged in the acquisition and construction of mission‑critical infrastructure in the communications industry. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on June 24, 2016.
