Cravath represented CyrusOne Inc. in connection with its US$43 million registered secondary common stock offering. CyrusOne Inc. is a REIT that owns, operates and develops enterprise‑class, carrier‑neutral data center properties. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on December 14, 2015.
