CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp.’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. in connection with their US$100 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering. CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. are subsidiaries of CyrusOne Inc., a REIT that owns, operates and develops enterprise‑class, carrier‑neutral data center properties. Cravath also represented CyrusOne Inc. in connection with its concurrent offering of common stock. Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance the acquisition of Cervalis Holdings LLC by CyrusOne. The transaction closed on July 1, 2015.
