CyrusOne’s Common Stock ATM Program

Cravath represented CyrusOne Inc. in connection with the establishment of an at-the-market program with respect to common stock totaling up to $500 million. CyrusOne Inc. is a REIT that owns, operates and develops enterprise‑class, carrier‑neutral, multi‑tenant and single-tenant data center properties. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on February 27, 2018.
