CyrusOne’s Common Stock ATM Program

Cravath represented CyrusOne Inc. in connection with the establishment of an at‑the‑market program with respect to common stock totaling up to $750 million. CyrusOne Inc. is a REIT that owns, operates and develops enterprise‑class, carrier‑neutral, multi‑tenant and single‑tenant data center properties. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on November 19, 2018.
