CyrusOne’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. in connection with their US$800 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering. CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. are subsidiaries of CyrusOne Inc., a REIT that owns, operates and develops enterprise‑class, carrier‑neutral data center properties. Cravath also represented CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. in connection with their concurrent US$475 million debt tender offer. The transactions closed on March 17, 2017.
