CyrusOne’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. in connection with its $400 million registered senior notes offering. CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. are subsidiaries of CyrusOne Inc., a REIT that owns, operates and develops enterprise‑class, carrier‑neutral data center properties. The transaction closed on September 21, 2020.
