Daniel Slifkin Speaks on Leadership Through Change at the 2018 IBA Conference

On October 10, 2018, Cravath partner Daniel Slifkin spoke at the “Managing Partners’ Breakfast: Leading Through Change” program at the 2018 International Bar Association Conference, which was held in Rome, Italy. The program, structured as an interactive roundtable, focused on the challenges and opportunities facing law firm and practice managers, with discussion around strategies for embracing new technology, maintaining strong cultural values and facilitating teamwork in order to achieve outcomes for clients.
