Cravath partners David J. Kappos and Sasha Rosenthal‑Larrea participated in the 29th Annual Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference, which was hosted virtually by Fordham Law School from April 21‑22, 2022. Dave spoke on a panel during the “Patent Law” session, discussing how reasonable royalty damages could be enhanced to discourage opportunistic “efficient infringement” and adequately compensate patent owners.
