Dave Kappos Authors Chapter in CGE’s Growing Global

Cravath partner David J. Kappos contributed a chapter to Growing Global: Lessons for the New Enterprise, published by the Center for Global Enterprise. The book examines the global business landscape over the past decade and what is expected over the next ten years, particularly in light of new technologies and emerging business models. In Dave’s chapter, entitled “Spurring Creative Genius for Society’s Benefit,” he discusses trends that are having an impact on the creative economy and the importance of protecting intellectual property rights in a modern global economy.
