Dave Kappos, Christine Varney and Gary Bornstein Participate in the 2014 LeadershIP Conference

On March 20 and 21, 2014, three Cravath partners participated in the 2014 LeadershIP Conference held in San Diego. David J. Kappos gave an introductory speech for a panel entitled “Historical Perspectives: Cyclical Debates & Emerging Technologies,” Christine A. Varney spoke on a panel entitled “Antitrust and IP: Access to Justice” and Gary A. Bornstein moderated a panel on “Valuation of Patent Rights: Royalty Rates and Base.”
