Dave Kappos Delivers Keynote at Midwest IP Institute

On September 26, 2013, Cravath partner David J. Kappos delivered a keynote address at the 2013 Midwest Intellectual Property Institute, held in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dave’s speech, entitled “The Impact To‑Date of the AIA, and Global IP Developments,” discussed the progress and challenges in the implementation of the America Invents Act and the implications of the policy shift for the future of the U.S. and global patent systems.
