Dave Kappos Interviewed on Chinese IP Law for CCTV News Dialogue

On January 14, 2015, Cravath partner David J. Kappos appeared on the CCTV News program Dialogue in an episode entitled “IP Protection in China.” Dave discussed China’s progress, and the challenges still to be met, in connection with its trademark, patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws, as well as their enforcement in accordance with global norms and China’s ambition to transition from a manufacturing‑based economy to an innovation‑based economy.
