Kappos and several forward-looking companies, including Apple, DuPont, Ford, GE, IBM, Microsoft and Pfizer, announced the launch of the Partnership for American Innovation (PAI). The organization aims to promote a regulatory and cultural environment in the U.S. that champions a strong and balanced patent system.
