Dave Kappos Moderates Judges’ Panel at the 17th Annual Advanced Patent Law Institute

On March 17, 2022, Cravath partner David J. Kappos participated in the 17th Annual Advanced Patent Institute, which was hosted virtually by the University of Texas School of Law and the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School from March 15-17, 2022. Dave moderated a panel of judges from the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, who discussed their experiences hearing and trying patent cases.
