Dave Kappos Speaks at 2023 Paragraph IV Disputes Conference

On April 19, 2023, Cravath partner David J. Kappos participated in the 18th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference, which was hosted by the American Conference Institute in New York from April 19-20, 2023. Dave spoke on a panel entitled “Patents, Politics and Policies: Understanding Impact of The Inflation Reduction Act on Hatch-Waxman Litigation,” which examined how the Inflation Reduction Act may impact the ability to secure investments, partnerships and acquisitions, and the various efforts in place to support the development of critical medicines.
