Dave Kappos Speaks at ABPI’s 41st International Intellectual Property Congress

On August 23, 2021 Cravath partner David J. Kappos participated in a panel at the 41st International Intellectual Property Congress, which was hosted virtually by the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (“ABPI”). Dave’s panel, which brought together in-house and outside counsel and a representative of the Brazilian government, was entitled “5G and Innovation for Brazil.” ABPI’s International Congress on Intellectual Property is one of the largest intellectual property forums in Latin America and features leading experts discussing important issues in the field, including innovation, patents, BPTO and government projects, rights licensing, use of brands in the new economy and biotechnology.
