Dave Kappos Speaks at Antitrust and IP Conference

On October 10, 2013, Cravath partner David J. Kappos spoke at the “Antitrust and Intellectual Property Conference,” presented by Stanford Law School. Dave spoke on a panel entitled “Patent Pools Face New Antitrust Threats,” which discussed the competitive issues that arise from the increasing use of patent pools. Dave also gave a presentation on the implementation of the Leahy‑Smith America Invents Act and how it affects patent practice.
