Dave Kappos Speaks at BioCentury’s 7th Annual China Healthcare Summit

Cravath partner David J. Kappos spoke at the seventh annual China Healthcare Summit, which was presented virtually by BioCentury from November 9-13, 2020. Dave spoke on a panel entitled “IP Reform in China: What Innovators Need to Know,” which discussed a new China Patent Law amendment that includes patent linkage for the first time, and how the Chinese equivalent of the Hatch-Waxman Act could impact Chinese biotech companies and western innovators.
