Dave Kappos Speaks at Fordham IP Conference

Cravath partner David J. Kappos spoke at the 25th Annual Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference, presented jointly by the Fordham Intellectual Property Law Institute and the Emily C. & John E. Hansen Intellectual Property Institute. The conference was held at Fordham Law School in New York City from April 20‑21, 2017. Dave spoke on two panels, entitled “25 Years of IP: Where Has It Been? Where Is it Going?” and “Patent Eligible Subject Matter.”
