Dave Kappos Speaks at Fordham IP Conference

Cravath partner David J. Kappos participated in the 24th Annual Fordham Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference, held at Fordham Law School in New York City from March 31‑April 1, 2016. Dave spoke on a panel entitled “Patents: Outstanding Legal Issues & Challenges” and moderated a panel entitled “Setting Patent Policy.”
