Dave Kappos Speaks at Innovation Seminar

On October 9, 2013, Cravath partner David J. Kappos spoke at the “Fall 2013 Innovation Seminar,” held at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Dave’s presentation, entitled “Investing in Innovation: The Future of IP in the U.S.,” focused on intellectual property emerging as an asset class and the challenges surrounding evolving technologies such as software patents.
