On April 5, 2022, Cravath partner David J. Kappos participated in the LeadershIP 2022 conference, which was held in Washington, D.C. and featured scholars, policy makers and leading industry professionals on cutting-edge policy issues related to technology, IP and competition. Dave’s session, entitled “Fireside Chat: The Future of Innovation Leadership, Competition, and Economic Opportunity,” discussed how the priorities of innovation, economic growth and diversity can intersect with intellectual property and competition goals.
