Dave Kappos Speaks at the 2015 BIO International Convention

Cravath partner David J. Kappos spoke at the 2015 BIO International Convention, a global biotechnology event, held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 15‑18, 2015. Dave spoke on a panel entitled “‘Inventions Patentable’: Evaluating Proposed Amendments to Section 101,” which discussed the issue of patent eligibility of biotechnology inventions and its impact on Section 101 of the U.S. Patent Code.
