Dave Kappos Speaks at the ABA’s Intellectual Property Law Conference

Cravath partner David J. Kappos participated in the 33rd annual “Intellectual Property Law Conference,” which was presented by the American Bar Association and held April 18-20, 2018, in Arlington, Virginia. Dave spoke on a panel entitled “State of Subject Matter Eligibility Law: Its Impact on the Incentive to Innovate,” which discussed the state of innovation and R&D investment in the United States.
