Dave Kappos Speaks on Changes in IP Law and the USTPO

On March 5, 2014, Cravath partner David J. Kappos led a roundtable discussion at the 2014 Corporate Intellectual Property networking event, presented by The Georgia State University College of Law Intellectual Property Advisory Board. Dave’s discussion, entitled “Corporate IP Issues as Seen from Inside the PTO,” focused on the changes in intellectual property law through the progress and procedures of the Leahy‑Smith America Invents Act.
