Dave Kappos Speaks on Patent Practice

On September 28, 2013, Cravath partner David J. Kappos was a featured speaker at the 29th Annual Institute on Intellectual Property Law, presented by the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association and the University of Houston Law Center. Dave’s speech, entitled “The Past, Present and Future of Patent Practice,” focused on post grant reviews under the America Invents Act, the patent prosecution highway and cooperative patent classification as well as intellectual property trends.
