Cravath Partners Participate in Institute for Corporate Counsel

On December 7, 2012, three Cravath partners participated in “The Institute for Corporate Counsel: Navigating the Boardroom, the Courtroom & the Space Between,” a conference held in New York City and co-sponsored by the New York City Bar Association and Thomson Reuters. Christine A. Varney introduced the keynote address, C. Allen Parker moderated a panel discussion entitled “Do’s & Don’t’s When Advising the Board and Senior Management” and Marc S. Rosenberg moderated a panel discussion entitled “Surviving and Thriving through Corporate Crisis.”
