Gary Bornstein Speaks at M&A Litigation Conference

On June 27, 2013, Cravath partner Gary A. Bornstein participated in “M&A Litigation,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Gary spoke on a panel entitled “Addressing Disputes Over Stockholder Meetings,” which discussed disputing stockholder communications before the stockholder meeting and litigating over the conduct of the meeting and the vote.
