Madhany, entitled “Preparing for the Increasing Role of Whistleblowers in FCPA Enforcement,” appeared in the January 21, 2015 issue of The FCPA Report. The article discusses the Securities and Exchange Commission’s recently released Annual Report on the Whistleblower Program, which noted, among other trends, an increasing number of whistleblower tips regarding possible FCPA violations.
