Dave Stuart Edits 2020 Edition of SEC Compliance and Enforcement Answer Book

Cravath partner David M. Stuart served as the managing editor and a contributing author for the fourth edition of the SEC Compliance and Enforcement Answer Book, published by the Practising Law Institute. The treatise is designed as a Q&A guide featuring contributions from leading practitioners who have previously served in the SEC Enforcement Division. It provides an in‑depth examination of the SEC enforcement agenda and guidance in response to questions that arise in connection with cross‑border data protection regulations, insider trading laws and the whistleblower award program.

In addition to overseeing the content development, Dave and associate Nathan E. Denning contributed a chapter for the book entitled “Disclosure Issues in SEC Enforcement Actions and Investigations.” Associates Kate M. FitzGerald, Victoria J. Ryan and Ciara L. Grubbs also made significant contributions to the guide.
