Dave Stuart Edits Book on SEC Compliance and Enforcement

Cravath partner David M. Stuart was the managing editor and a contributing author for the SEC Compliance and Enforcement Answer Book 2015, published by the Practising Law Institute. The treatise is an expert Q&A guide featuring leading practitioners who have previously served in the SEC Enforcement Division. The guide provides an in‑depth examination of the SEC enforcement process and answers questions that arise in internal investigations, insider trading, accounting and securities fraud, market manipulation and foreign corruption.

In addition to designing and overseeing the content development, Dave and associate Nathan E. Denning contributed a chapter for the book entitled “Disclosure Issues in SEC Enforcement Actions and Investigations.” Associate Omar K. Madhany also made significant contributions to the chapter and to the editorial process generally. In addition, associates Trevor M. Broad, Michael A. Cooper, Sarah S. B. Kessler, Kyle S.
