Dave Stuart Moderates Internal Investigations Roundtable

On February 20, 2012, Cravath senior attorney David M. Stuart moderated a roundtable discussion on internal investigations for a class at Quinnipiac University School of Law entitled “Corporate Ethics and Compliance.” Panelists discussed the complexities of cross-border investigations, the role of boards of directors, privilege issues and self-reporting to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
