Dave Stuart Publishes Fifth Edition of the Practising Law Institute’s SEC Compliance and Enforcement Answer Book

Cravath partner David M. Stuart served as the managing editor and a contributing author for the fifth edition of the SEC Compliance and Enforcement Answer Book, which was published by the Practising Law Institute. The book provides guidance on federal securities laws and practices and procedures related to the Securities and Exchange Commission, including on how to conduct effective internal investigations, respond to SEC requests and subpoenas, and navigate resolutions and litigation with the SEC.

Dave authored three chapters for the book entitled “Parallel Investigations with the SEC,” “Public Disclosure of SEC Enforcement Actions and Investigations” and “Accounting and Financial Reporting Investigations.”
