Dave Stuart Speaks at ABA Institute on FCPA

On October 18, 2012, Cravath senior attorney David M. Stuart spoke at the Fifth Annual National Institute on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, presented by the Criminal Justice Section of the American Bar Association and held in Washington, D.C. Dave spoke on a panel entitled “SEC – Civil Enforcement Update: Trends and Significant Developments,” which discussed new policies and enforcement tools to enforce the FCPA, the SEC’s use of deferred prosecution agreements and non-prosecution agreements as well as tack-on civil litigation.
