Dave Stuart Speaks at Ethisphere’s Global Ethics Summit

On March 10, 2016, Cravath partner David M. Stuart spoke at Ethisphere’s 8th Annual Global Ethics Summit, held in New York City. Dave spoke on a panel entitled “Beyond the Hotline: Creating an Open Reporting Culture at Your Company,” where he discussed the importance of implementing in‑depth reporting structures across all functions of a company in order to promote broad transparency and mitigate exposure to risk.
