Dave spoke on a panel entitled “Hot Topics – What’s Keeping Practitioners Up at Night (Or Should Be),” which discussed the current regulatory climate, including the COVID‑19 pandemic’s impact on compliance, FCPA and multi‑national enforcement issues, fraud risks and emerging cybersecurity threats and collateral consequences for businesses and heightened scrutiny around ESG‑related issues.
