David Mercado Moderates Panel at Activist Investing Conference

On May 19, 2015, Cravath partner David Mercado participated in “Activist Investing in Europe 2015,” a conference presented by ArrowCon Partners LLC and held in London. David moderated a panel entitled “Settle or Fight: What is Causing More Companies to Settle with the Activist Investor?,” which discussed the shift of companies choosing to settle with activists, the tactics involved when a company decides to settle and why dissidents are driven to fight.
