On August 6, 2012, Cravath prepared for its clients a memo entitled “Derivatives Rules Under the Dodd-Frank Act Affecting End-Users – An Update.” The memo summarizes recent developments and the current status of areas of particular interest to “end-users” of swaps and other “over-the-counter” derivatives that may be affected by Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act.
