DFC Global’s Senior Convertible Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$200 million 144A/Reg. S senior convertible debt offering of DFC Global Corp., a leading international financial services company. The transaction closed on April 16, 2012.
