Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse, in connection with the €150 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured floating rate debt offering of Dry Mix Solutions Investissements S.A.S., a subsidiary of CVC Capital Partners. Dry Mix Solutions Investissements S.A.S is a key player in the construction chemicals market as a provider of specialty dry‑mix solutions for the construction industry. The notes were listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 22, 2016.
The Cravath team included partner Philip J. Boeckman and associates Bridget K. Deiters and Melissa Erdogdu on securities matters and partner Christopher K. Fargo on tax matters. Said Bakir also worked on securities matters.
