S high‑yield senior secured floating rate debt offering of Dry Mix Solutions Investissements S.A.S., a subsidiary of CVC Capital Partners. Dry Mix Solutions Investissements S.A.S is a key player in the construction chemicals market as a provider of specialty dry‑mix solutions for the construction industry. The notes were listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 22, 2016.
