DTE Energy’s Spin‑Off of Midstream Business

On October 27, 2020, DTE Energy announced its intention to spin off its non‑utility natural gas pipeline, storage and gathering business (“Midstream”) into an independent, publicly traded company. Cravath is representing DTE Energy in connection with the transaction.
